Note:  The code was not tested at RSIC. The compiler used by the
       author was Microsoft FORTRAN Version 5.0  under the DOS 3.2
       operating system.
       This code can run on any PC-AT with an 80286 CPU.
       A hard disk drive with at least two free megabytes and
       640kb of base memory.  A numeric coprocessor is strontly
       recommended, but not required.
