Note:  The executable code was tested at RSIC. The compiler used by the
       author was Microsoft FORTRAN Version 5.0  under the DOS 3.2
       operating system.  The RSIC test was done on an IBM PC/AT
       with 640k of memory and a math coprocessor under the DOS3.3
       operating system.
       An Intel 80286/80386 or compatible with 640k of base memory
       is required.  About 10 Mbytes of free space on hard disk
       is required to install the package.  A math processor
       80287/80387 is recommended but not required. About 1 Mbyte
       of extended memory is recommended to be used as a virtual
       disk to store the binary library of the code.
