VIM was tested on a PC running RedHat Linux 7.3 using the Portland Group Fortran 4.0-2 and the Gnu gcc 2.96 compilers. A directory called "vim" will be created by typing the following command: gunzip -dc c658tar3.gz | tar xvf - ************************************************************************ ************************************************************************ The UNIX version was released from RSICC in June 2001. VIM was tested on a Sun Solaris 2.6 UltraSparc 60 using F77 5.0 and C/C++ 5.0 and on an IBM RS/6000 Model 270 running AIX 4.3.3, XL Fortran 7.1 and XL C4.4.4 at RSICC. A directory called "vim" will be created under the present working directory by typing the following command: gunzip -c c658tar2.gz | tar xvf - See the README file for further details on installing and running VIM. Approximately 165MB is required to expand the distribution file. An additional 235MB is required if the ASCII cross sections are expanded.
