NUREG/CR-6525, Rev. 1, which is distributed with the code, explains 
how to install and run SECPOP 2000.

Administrator privileges are required to install SECPOP 2000.
Developers recommend using AutoRun to install.

The installer is InstallerVISE from MindVision Software.

Setup prompts the user for a directory in which to install the program; 
default is c:\. Installing to another directory requires modifications.

SECPOP2000 was developed to run on personal computers under the Windows 
98™, NT™, 2000™, and XP™ operating systems. The included executable was 
compiled with Visual Basic Version 6.0 with service pack 5 including 
TrueDBGrid Pro 7.0. The executable code was tested at RSICC on Pentium 
computers running Windows 2000 and WindowsXP.
