access drive and extract files by typing "tar -xvf RODFEM.TAR"

INTALLATION NOTE for PC users: (WINDOWS 95 or better)
To install the program RODFEM.EXE, insert CD-ROM, access drive and double-click 
on "RODFEM.EXE" to extract to C:\RODBURN and C:\FEM5 subdirectories (default).

Note both source and sample files are included with this package with 
PC executables (VISUAL FORTRAN V.5).
