 1. INSTALL.BAT - command file to         ASCII       285
    install the RESRAD program.  Study
    RESRAD.DOC on diskette 2, then type
       INSTALL
    at the PC prompt. This is the first step.
 2. RES3121A.EXE - compressed file        ASCII    270577
    containing the RESRAD system
    programs and relevant files
    needed to run the code. To
    decompress, type
       RES3121A
    at the PC prompt. This is the second
    step.  The file 'config.sys' must
    have the following:
        FILES=20
        BUFFERS=16
        SHELL=C:\COMMAND.COM/P/E:256
    You must reboot your PC with the
    above changes before running the
    program RESRAD.
