This package contains RASCAL Version 3.0.5, December 2006 release with
December 2008 updates.

Extract from the WinZIP distribution file. Click on the file 
"RASCAL v3.0.5 Install.exe". Run this installer to create the 
RASCAL 3.0.5 release of December 2006. Then expand the self-extracting 
compressed updates for the four updates in sequential order. 

RASCAL was tested under Windows XP application. It runs under 
Windows Vista, but there may be problems with some of the older help
files. Vista users can download a file from Microsoft that will 
allow them to use the older format help files.

Source files are not included.
