Card images set up assuming the original format will still work if every field is filled. (Blanks will not be interpreted as zeroes.) This is also the case for the Y data card which follows the X card format. Only the character data cards, A, S, T, U and W, and the geometry input cards, CGA-CGE are still input using fixed format. Machine-dependent I/O statements are included in Subroutine SETIO in the QAD-CGGP source. Revise this routine as indicated to run on Data General MV 4000. The October 1988 version has a GP coefficient library of 26 materials as described in ORNL/RSIC-49. The attenuation coefficient library has been revised with data from DLC-136/ PHOTX. The total attenuation coefficient is without coherent scattering and is based on the Compton free-electron scattering cross section. The same data files are in DLC-129/ANS643. In the July 1990 update G-P buildup factor coefficients for the elements molybdenum to uranium were revised from new PALLAS calculations based on DLC-136/PHOTX.
