The sources files were removed for this release.  This release contains 
no programming changes to the original 2004 release.

The included executable (file Pcexe\Main.exe) was created with Compaq 
Visual Fortran Professional Edition 6.6 on a Pentium IV under Windows 
XP Professional.  (This  windows executable was included in the original 
January 2004 release.) 

Other operating system / processor used: 
 WINDOWS 98 SE  / INTEL Pentium III
 WINDOWS XP Home  / AMD Athlon XP
 Widnows 2000 Pro / Pentium 4

The included Linux executable was created with GNU GCC version 4.2.2 
gfortran on a Opteron cluster under RedHat Enterprise Linux.  The MacOS 
executables were created using GNU GCC version 4.0.1 gfortran on a 
MacOS 10.5.8 Operating system.
