A notice to LWRARC users regarding the usability of LWRARC and Y2K:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
LWRARC does use dates to calculate lengths of time for LWR fuel 
depletion and cooling. It will accept dates up to the year 2065. 
By default, the program displays "19" for the first two digits of the
year and places the prompt for the user to type the last two digits.
To input a year of 2000 or greater, you must backspace to the 
beginning of the year and type all four digits.
