To extract files from LAPUR5.EXE, type the following commands where a: 
is your floppy disk drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir lapur5
cd lapur5
a:\lapur5 -d

LAPUR5 was received from the Energy Science and Technology Software Center.  The 
executables received with the code produced matching results at RSICC on a Dell 
Pentium 100 machine.  ESTSC received the package from the National Energy Software 
Center.  NESC records indicate the executables were created with the Microsoft 
Fortran 5.0 compiler around July 1990.

Note that RSICC compressed the files to fit on one diskette.  After expanding
them to your hard drive, follow implementation and execution instructions 
in the NESC Note 90-110 and in the LAPUR5.DOC file.
