Enclosed is the output edit which lists the first few records of each
file and the total number of records for each file.


Note that the HETC data on file 12 needs to be converted to binary form.
The retrieval program on file 23 can be modified to accomplish this.

This package was prepared by the contributor.  It was not retested by
RSIC.  In July 1987 the package was completely replaced with a newly
frozen version.
