 NOTES:
 The May  1992 update is a complete replacement of the code package from
 the original contributor.  The current version is 3.11.
 The code was tested at RSIC on an IBM PC/AT using the Microsoft 4.01
 FORTRAN 77 compiler.  The plotting routines were not tested as they
 are specific to the NEC-PC 9800.
