After mounting the CD, the user can "./COGinstall" to expand and set env
variables to run tests. WinZip is required for the Windows version, and
Perl is required to run the tests sample script on all platforms, i.e.

set path = ( /home/uid/cog $path )
setenv PGPLOT_FONT  /home/uid/cog/datax6/grfont.dat
cd tests
perl COGV ../COG10 COGVin RM

running WindowsXP Pro, RedHat Fedora Linux, and a Sun Solaris 9
