 1) CITATION has been transcribed with minor changes to the original code.
    If errors occur, please consult your CITATION manual ORNL-TM-2496. 
    This version is CITATION2.0, Rev.2, Supplement 3 (July 1972) developed 
    by ORNL and ported to the PC by AECL (Oct. 1988). No changes were made
    to the package when it was transferred to RSIC in 1995.
 2) Your CONFIG.SYS file must include at least the following:
               buffers = 20
               files=40
 3) At least 578K RAM must be available.  There cannot be any other resident
    programs (including PRINT). If you are using the shell command, make 
    sure the "e" parameter does not exceed 800.
 4) For ease of distribution CITATION is compressed using the software 
    package, ARC.  To decompress CITATION it is necessary to run UNARC.BAT.
    Copy UNARC.BAT from diskette to the directory of your hard disk in which
    you want CITATION to reside.  Then execute with the syntax:

            unarc [drive1:] [drive2:path]

    where drive1: is the drive from which CITATION files are to be extracted
    and drive2:path is the drive and directory to which CITATION files are 
    to be copied.

 5) CITATION was tested at RSIC on a Northgate 486-50MHz pc, with MS DOS 6.0
    and a Gateway 2000 P5-120MHz.
